Hello and welcome to my frost dragons guide. This guide will show the best methods to kill them, and how to get there, and what stats/gear needed.

First off : Best method is to melee them. Range can be used, but is not recommended.

Second : Inventory should consist of a super set, 2-4 ppots, depending on the level, and food. (Spec Wep is optional)



Third : The gear that I found best. Fill in amulet, and boots with fury and dboots if you have them. (YOU DO NOT NEED AN ANTI-FIRE SHIELD AS OF RIGHT NOW)




Next I will be talking about how to get there. First think you do is teleport to Neitznot. Then walk west out of the gate. After that, go north and cross all the bridges, keep going north and you will be there.



Next : Required Stats - 90+ strength and attack. (can be lower) 80+ defence. Lastly, 37 prayer, to protect from magic. however, 70 is recommended.



After you are there, pray magic, pot up, and make the magic happen. They also attack with RANGE and MELEE aswell. Thats why you got food.

Now that you have read this, and probably lost your mind getting 85 dung, its time to reward you with the best prayer experience in game. ITS TIME TO KILL FROST DRAGONS!

Step 1. Go to your local store/market and purchase 2+ cans of Monster energy drink, along with some snacks to munch on.
Step 2. Make sure you have a comfortable spot to play. Whether it be music, a comfy chair, a fan or something, and anything else you can think of.
Step 3. Make sure you have a clear path to the bathroom, so you can quickly go, and get back.
Step 4. Get in a skype call with some Sinatra friends, to make time pass a lot faster.
Step 5. Find something to do, and get to work.
